Tasting Note by Willet:
Nose: Initially dense brown sugar with a subtle fruitiness from the peels of lemon and orange.
Palate: Warming clove and pepper on the palate. Buttery corn that eventually includes some caramel.
Finish: A toffee-rich finish. Several flowery oak accents.
