Springbank 10 Year Old Amontillado Cask Matured (2024 Release)
Springbank 10 Year Old Amontillado Cask Matured is a unique single malt matured for five years in Bourbon barrels, then five years in Amontillado sherry casks. With notes of hazelnut, maraschino cherry, and blood orange on the nose, the palate balances cured meats and tobacco box with hints of coconut and treacle. A dry finish with wood shavings and tarragon complements the distillery’s signature sea salt touch. Bottled at 55% ABV, it’s a complex and balanced release in the Sherry series.
