A journey of maturation begins in American White Oak ex-bourbon casks before a portion of the whisky is transferred into six different virgin oak casks sourced from various regions in France.
The outcome is a whisky known for its fruity and spicy qualities, with distinct flavors including crème caramel, baked peach, and sweet liquorice.
Tasting Note by Jura:
Nose: An aromatic fusion of coffee, ginger spice and a hint of milk chocolate.
Palate: Crème caramel, baked peach, liquorice and candied orange.
