Glendalough Double Barrel
This whiskey, winner of a double gold award in San Francisco, challenges the perception of Irish whiskey. It’s light and drinkable yet surprisingly complex. Aged in both American oak Bourbon barrels, which provide honey and vanilla notes, and S barrels, imparting dried fruit and nut flavors. The team at Glendalough personally selects Oloroso cask producers in Montilla, renowned for its PX grape, giving them greater influence over the whiskey’s flavors in the Double Barrel release.
