Wine is made from Saperavi grape variety cultivated in appelation controlled Kindzmarauli micro-zone, Kakheti region, east Georgia. “Kindzmarauli” has a purple red with inky hue along the rim. Crushed blackberry, damson, jam and spice is combined with the hint of floral aromas. Silky, complex initial palate leads to a full flavored mid palate of overlaid notes of cherry, blackberry and prune. Clean, fresh and balanced complexity with supple tannins, lasts in long, lingering finish.
