Tasting Note by Champagne Piaff:
Soft floral aromas are highlighted by a delicate yet enduring mousse, which also has hints of fresh hazelnuts and almonds. White fruits are presented on the palate in great proportion with a particularly pleasant minerality and notes of brioche/yeastiness. The palate has excellent structure and longevity.
