This Hayashi Single Grain whisky beautifully exemplifies a Japanese whisky evolved from rich traditions of the Ryukyu islands. The highest quality indica rice is fermented as it has been for centuries to make awamori, then rests in ex-bourbon barrels amidst the lush Okinawa air, accelerating and invigorating it’s maturation. The result is a magnificent single grain whisky that expresses a powerful profile with tropical and flavors unique only to the Hayashi name.
